2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Flyzo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about packages and travel routes
- Not send or transport illegal or prohibited items
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Treat other users with respect and professionalism
- Honor all confirmed deliveries and payments
- Maintain appropriate insurance for valuable items
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent through Flyzo:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, or explosives
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Perishable goods without proper packaging
- Stolen goods or counterfeit items
- Live animals or plants
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our platform. We charge a service fee for facilitating connections between travelers and senders. Payment terms include:
- Payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
- Service fees are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours
- Disputes will be resolved according to our dispute resolution process
6. Limitation of Liability
Flyzo acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the actual delivery of packages or the conduct of users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
